After about six weeks of growth Natalie finally made me shave off my beard. I wasn't totally into shaving and I kind of wish I hadn't, but I took full advantage of the process by showing her what I'd look like with a number of different facial hairstyles — really long sideburns, a bushy goatee and, of course, the mustache.
I wish I had taken photos of each 'phase,' but I didn't think of it until I saw myself with the tickler. Had to get a picture!!!

Jesse can't grow facial hair to save his life. I think I've counted 4 hairs on his lip and 10 around his chin in the 3yrs I have known him. His shaving consists of me getting the tweezers and plucking away.
That might be the coolest thing you've ever done.

I agree with Nate, although I think his comment was some sort of put-down. This was after Jasper's bed time, so he didn't see me with the 'stache, but he was a little nervous the next morning after a shaved. He poked me in the face and, almost as a question, said 'Daddy?'
